Our standard MOQ is one full container — typically 24 MT for a flexitank shipment of CPO or RBD palm oil. For palm kernel cake we offer 25 MT containerized loads. Larger bulk vessel charters start at 5,000 MT.
We currently serve buyers across 25+ countries including the United States, Germany, Netherlands, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Turkey, and South Africa. New destinations are added regularly.
We accept Letters of Credit (LC at sight or usance), bank wire transfers (TT), and SBLC for established buyers. Payment terms are agreed contractually and may include CAD or partial advance depending on the Incoterm.
Transit times depend on origin port and destination. Typical voyages: West Africa to Europe 14–21 days, to the US East Coast 18–25 days, to the Middle East 18–28 days, and to Asia 28–40 days. We share precise ETA confirmation upon vessel booking.
Yes. We handle Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Analysis, SGS/Intertek inspection reports, and any destination-specific paperwork.
We regularly trade on EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF terms. CIF is most common for international buyers — we coordinate freight, insurance, and full export documentation to the destination port.
